Good bagels. Used to come regularly. Quality is great for the price. However, the management decided to recently add a bunch of generative AI art to the walls. Looks cheap and tacky, not to mention embarrassing. I don't recommend anyone patronize a place that has art like this on the walls.

Update: July 26, 2026 Sad to say I had a terrible experience this morning and will probably never be coming back. I got there just before a second worker arrived for the morning at around 7:45 a.m. and the first one was totally stressed out. He cut my bagel unevenly were one side was totally flat and thin and the other side was fat and thick. This has been an ongoing issue. I don't think anyone wants their bagel cut this way. This morning this happened again. I went back and showed the second guy that had just arrived the bagel and he offered to give me another one which I thought was wrong because this has happened so many times the minimum that he could do is give me a new Bagel cut properly and give me a one time credit for the inconvenience. Instead the guy in the back the initial one came out started videotaping me with his phone, pointing at the cameras and yelling at me saying that I was complaining too much. I thought are you kidding me right now? I was offended embarrassed because he did this in front of other customers and it was unjustified especially since they were in the wrong. The guy that arrived later would not give me the owner or managers contact inform

I had a great experience at Sam's Bagels. The bagels were fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how I ordered them. The quality of the ingredients was noticeable, and everything tasted delicious. A special shoutout to Edwin, who provided outstanding customer service. He was friendly, professional, and made sure my order was prepared quickly and correctly. His positive attitude really enhanced the overall experience. The shop was clean, welcoming, and had a great atmosphere. Between the excellent food and Edwin's exceptional service, Sam's Bagels has definitely earned a loyal customer. I highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for a tasty breakfast or lunch.

This bagel place is pretty good. They even have black cherry and cream soda drinks. I stopped by on my way to work and their food is all natural.

Great bagels, but the shop needs help! We went on Christmas morning and they were overwhelmed with orders, and a line out the door. The staff was accommodating as they could be, but clearly needed help. Managing that many orders in a tiny kitchen is difficult! Nonetheless the bagels were great, thus the popularity. I hope they get some help soon so they can really maximize their potential. Definitely will be back!
